The Cenit pool bar is at the top of the Cenit hotel, which is in turn, at the top of the hill in Figueretes. The hotel is not far at all from Ibiza Town, only a 15 minute walk. Taxis are the best way up, walking down is not that difficult (or you can lay down and roll). If you like exercise, you will love the walk to the pool, (or do as I do and take the car...)

The Cenit pool is on the roof of the hotel, and is open to everyone. With excellent views over Figueretes Bay, and a bar offering some shade as well as snacks and enough booze to turn an afternoon into an early morning. The Cenit pool is also used by many of the gay holiday makers staying at surrounding gay apartments and hotels that tend not to have pools.

Snacks are served all day, as well as a full bar. There are ample sunbeds and a decent sized pool. It's probably best early and late season when the terrace is not too full. But is is a great alternative to the beach at any time.

It can be very mixed in the height of season but there is rarely anything other than a friendly atmosphere.
