Foc í Fum used to be a very good restaurant, surprisingly good, with the benefit of not being at the top of the Dalt Vila, you finished your meal at the right end of the town.

It appears that after nearly two decades of serving hot meals, Hank decided to put his feet up and sit outside with his customers, which was a loss to the restaurant scene, but obviously a lot more fun for him.

Hank knows a hell of a lot about the island, and his Dutch perspective on the scene can make a refreshing change from all the German and Brit ex-pats you're likely to meet.

As a bar, Foc í Fum got busy, with a more relaxed crowd, looking for an early seat. It is a shame it closed.
