As many of you are buying/leasing property over here, it was suggested that it would be useful for everyone to share the better of the local specialist service providers, through recommendation.
So, rather than everyone going through the same old painful (and occasionally expensive) learning process the idea was that reliable local tradesman could be recommended here. IF you do have any recommendations pass them on.
(Unfortunately most local building appears to be carried out without any planning permission, and most of the workers appear to be shy about coming forward..... So don't hold your breath.)

You can just about hire anything in Ibiza. From CD players to motor boats and Yachts. Prices vary.
