An institution: Quite simply, the best pastries that you will find in Ibiza...

The Croissant Show is easily bypassed, but you must visit it at least once (and then you will be back time after time...) Everything is homemade, totally excellent, and well worth rolling on the weight should you need to pig out until you can't eat any more... (If you find anything, anywhere else, that matches the Croissant Show, it is probably supplied by the Croissant Show.)

Treat yourself and try the whole menu, it may take all day, but you will just about see all of the island call in.

This Ibiza Town café may stay open very late, or open very early, dependent on if you have ever seen it closed. Many of the club and bar staff can be found there after finishing work at 6 in the morning, before going onto 'Space', or 'The Deep'.

It is a great place to meet before setting off down Calle de La Virgen for the night out, or after Anfora to explain to the trade why they just don't look the same now the sun has come up (and you have possibly come down).
