A long-standing fixture of the Ibiza scene, El Brasero can be strangely difficult to find at first, (as are most places in Ibiza can be the first time). The restaurant is located on the passageway between Calle de La Virgen and the Dome - practically next door to the Bar Cheri (just at the other side of the steps).

Under the new owner/management in 2006, the restaurant provides some badly needed style and quality in this corner of the town.

With a large interior, and a deceptivly large sprawling terrace, the restaurant is always very busy and well respected, as the restaurant welcomes large parties, so it is best to book a table in advance.

Mrs 'Betty' Hamilton reports (after numerous visits) an original menu, excellently presented, a great house Ca Va and a very professional service. Overall, El Brasero is well worth many a return visit.
